The Space

The suite is the largest condo model available in the resort, featuring classical luxury. It includes:

• An extremely comfortable king bed in the master bedroom
• A queen bed in the second bedroom
• A sofa bed in the living room
• A full kitchen
• A walkout deck to the beach (first floor)
• Air conditioning (both central and split)
• A TV with Apple TV and Firestick for streaming services
• 12 MB/s wireless internet available in all rooms, the restaurant, poolside, and even on the beach

Location

Gran Pacifica is located on one of the most spectacular beaches in Central America and is the closest beachfront resort to the Nicaraguan International Airport. Airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged at any time. The resort is only 30 steps from the beach.

The resort fee is included in the rental of the suite and provides access to a variety of amenities, including:

The SeaSalt Restaurant offers amazing seafood, steak, and local dishes and is located directly beside the condo, adjacent to the incredible infinity pool.

Guest Access

Guests have access to a beautiful and challenging golf course, equestrian stables with a choice of horses for riding along the beach, and world-renowned surf breaks at Meatgrinder and Asuchillo.

Other Things to Note

The Help Them Help Themselves foundation operates a giant sea turtle sanctuary within the resort, where guests can often participate in baby turtle releases.
