Location
Casa Sunside is situated just steps away from Cabo's vibrant nightlife, making it a lively location. However, please be aware that it may be noisy if you are sensitive to sound.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo, as well as the Paraiso Residences Terraces overlooking the marina and the gym in the tower, which offers gorgeous views.
Important Notes
- Puerto Paraíso is currently undergoing light renovations on the second level. Work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal at night. Efforts are being made to minimize any disturbance.
- This property is for sale. If you are interested in more information about this running business, please contact us. We may reach out during your stay to request permission to provide access to a potential buyer; you may deny permission. If the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property in the same building with the same amenities and value.
- Pets are not allowed on this property. If you plan to travel with a pet or service dog, please inform us, and we will assist you in finding alternative accommodations. Last-minute arriving pets will not be permitted.
- The condo features a balcony on the second floor with a glass railing that is 35 inches (90 cm) high. Parents must exercise caution with children.
- If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance for security arrangements.
- Remember to leave your condo keys upon departure. Lost keys incur a replacement cost of $20 USD.
- To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service can recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.
- Monthly reservations are accepted; however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 for each month may apply. Please confirm this before booking.
- This property is located within a residential community. You will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules to gain access. Please message us for specifics on the community guidelines.
