• Please note that renovations are taking place on the second level of Puerto Paraíso, with construction work occurring from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Some cleaning and debris hauling may occur at night, with efforts made to minimize noise.

We may reach out during your stay to request permission to provide access to a potential buyer, which you may deny. If the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property in the same building with the same amenities and value.
• The neighborhood is lively, being located in downtown Cabo, so it may be noisy for those who are sensitive to sound.
• If you plan to rent a car, please inform us in advance for security arrangements.
• Please remember to leave the condo keys upon departure. Lost keys incur a replacement cost of $20 USD.

• Monthly reservations are accepted, but an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD may apply. Please confirm this before booking.
