The Space

Our home is a stunning beachfront condo located in a small 34-unit building in Costa Azul. This rental is not suitable for parties or large groups, as many units are occupied by full-time owners who appreciate the serenity of a small boutique condominium. Quiet hours will be enforced by security.

The condo is three years old and fully furnished with high-quality custom furniture. It features:

• 2 bathrooms
• A fourth-floor location with elevator and stair access
• A patio overlooking the beach and pool
• A fully stocked kitchen
• Towels (including pool towels) and linens provided

Location

We are only 20 minutes from the airport, close to downtown, and situated on a walkable beach. Guests can enjoy easy access to local attractions.

• An occasional restaurant and bar

For dining options, you can either cook your meals in the full kitchen or walk down the beach to Zippers, a famous surf restaurant. Alternatively, you can drive 10 minutes to historic downtown San Jose del Cabo.

Guest Access

We will send you a video on how to access the condo a few days before your stay. Rental cars are available, but please reserve one before your trip. Full-time security will greet you upon your arrival.
