De no ser por estar frente al mar, estarías pagando el precio de un alojamiento de lujo en condición precaria, en las fotos ves algo que no es la realidad actual de la casa, necesita MUCHO mantenimiento, hay mesas de madera por todo el alojamiento en pésimo estado, pintura, y mantenimiento en general casi nula, le doy 3 estrellas solo por la ubicación y permitirme hacer early check in, solo por eso, el precio es demasiado alto para lo que recibes a cambio!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jessica. Tous était parfait, de la cuisine à la terrasse, en passant par la piscine et le jardn. Nous y avons passé 4 jours et franchement je serais resté plus longtemps. La plage et les couchers et levées du soleil sont à quelques pas de la maison. Yeni et Mendoza habitent la maison derrière et prennent soin d'entretenir la maison, ils sont vraiment très gentils et discrets. Ils nous ont préparé un bon repas typique la veille de notre départ. Esterillos Oeste est un petit village ayant environ 7 ou 8 restaurants, la plage est magnifique et très peu fréquentée. A découvrir!

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour. Les installations extérieures ont été particulièrement agréables: piscine, bbq, plage, océan, terrasse….. Yeni et Mendoza ont été très hospitaliés, agréables et avenants, un gros plus! La plage est magnifique

The location of this place was amazing! It felt like we had a whole beach to ourselves. The little community has great restaurants and a market. Yeni the caretaker hooked us up with a local turtle release which was a highlight of our vacation for sure. The house had tons of games, beach toys, a great pool and patio views. The owner had great communication and was super friendly. Loved our stay, thanks so much!

Jessica’s place was home away from away set in paradise! It was wonderful to be right across the road from the beach. Very peaceful and private area with convenient and delicious local restaurants. The caretakers, Yeni and Mendoza, became like family to me and my family. They grilled delicious fresh fish and made soup for our family and were always available to accommodate and answer any questions we had. They also went above and beyond to help celebrate my daughter’s birthday! We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. Thank you Jessica for everything!

Had a great stay in Esterillos , the house has a lot of character and charm. The hosts really made the trip memorable with their singing parrots and doggies. They also cooked the most amazing fresh fish and lobster for us. Loved Esterillos because it's not too built up and touristy. It was a great Authentic experience.

Pour notre voyage au Costa Rica, nous avions opté pour une halte de 3 jours dans les environs de Jacò afin de pouvoir nous reposer. La villa de Jessica est magnifique, authentique et les personnes sur place (Yeni et Mendosa) ont été très accueillants. Ils ont même cuisiné langoustes et poissons... un régal. L'accès à la maison se fait par un sentier de terre et nous avons un accès quasi direct à l'océan. Magnifique endroit, reposant avec les hamacs et la vue sur l'océan. Nous recommandons cette villa à tous les voyages recherchant une maison paisible. Pura Vida

Hi Jessica. Thank you so much for the seamless and wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We enjoyed all the facilities that you provided, including that beautiful pool and the various places where we could enjoy meals. The AC units in the bedrooms worked perfectly and very efficiently, which is a real necessity at the beach. We enjoyed the huge top deck and enjoyed the ocean view it provided. The beach was perfect, and it like it was our own private beach. Very private. Stringing hammocks between the palm trees was a real treat for real relaxation with the music of the ocean. The Starlink Wi-Fi was exceptional and never failed and had coverage outside as well. Yeni and Mendoza were such a courteous and a special couple they couldn’t do enough for us. They were there but gave us privacy, yet always willing to help with everything. Mendoza an excellent griller from fish to hamburgers. They were key to us enjoying your beautiful home so much!
