Strong Wifi w/ battery backup! I work online. Breezy, upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. AC both bedrooms 100 meters to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen. Located directly between Santana and Magnific Rock with Popoyo just a 15 minute walk down the beach, no rivers to cross!. Private entrance. Very large shaded private balcony. The space We are located in a very breezy pasture and get a constant cool breeze that channels through the mountains. Each room has a full private bathroom. Fully loaded kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, full size oven, blender etc.. Main bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds, all with luxury mattresses and cotton sheets. Drinking water included. Wifi strong enough for streaming services. This is an upstairs apartment and we live downstairs. We have just added a 35 square meter balcony for guests to enjoy the outdoors and the views. A true gem in Popoyo. You’re three minutes away from the beach and right next to the grocery store. There are several restaurants at a short walking distance. The terrace is nice and comfortable to hang out at night with people. The property is well equipped, everything was as described, really clean. We couldn’t be happier. Jon, the host, was extremely friendly and responsive. I 100% recommend this place and I intend to go back with friends and family!

"Vue sur l'océan" : bâtiment entre la maison et la plage, les photos ne correspondent pas. "Cuisine entièrement équipée" : poêles collantes, ustensiles abîmés. Pas de micro-ondes, huile, ni papier toilette. Ménage bâclé, avons dû acheter éponges/produits. "Wifi puissant adapté pour travailler" : coupures internet/électriques constantes. “Batterie de secours” : 1 oscillateur qui ne dure qu'1h. "Espace de travail dédié" : 1 minuscule table bancale, 1 chaise raide. Très bruyant (travaux, aboiements 5h-22h, musique forte au surf shop en face). Nous sommes partis 12 j avant la fin, libérant le calendrier Airbnb. À cause de "travaux à faire" et d'un "ami en visite pendant son voyage", Jon a mis ces jours indisponibles. J’ai vécu dans plusieurs pays, je voyage, je suis tolérante. J’espérais un remboursement (au - partiel) des +500 $ payés pour la fin vu l’expérience constatée par Jon. J'ai fait confiance aux avis positifs, l’endroit convient si on n’a pas besoin de repos ni de travailler.

We absolutely love it here! Jon quickly became a friend, he’s very welcoming, easy going and kind. We were very lucky to be introduced to lots of people through him making our stay so fun. Perfect location… we’re definitely coming go back! Thanks Jon you legend!

We stayed at Las Palmas for over a month, and wow all I have to say are great things. Jon is an incredible host and makes you feel right at home. He is super friendly and makes amazing food from time to time. The place was very clean and comfortable. If you are coming to surf, there are so many breaks only a few minutes away. The place is spectacular in every way and we will definitely be coming back to Las Palmas! 10/10

I absolutely loved staying in the apartment, specious, breezy with kitchen, living room and terrace. The Kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals. My stay was surf oriented, there are waves everywhere, my favourite definitely being the walk to and surf at popoyo, but there's also a wave right out front or playa Santana. Jon was super helpful, knowledgeable and quickly responded when I needed anything. There are two supermarkets very close by and the fruit and veggie truck comes almost every day. The Supermarktes are pricey, but they are there.
