Additional Information
The Bambu condominium prioritizes your enjoyment while ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests and residents. To maintain this, strict noise regulations are enforced:
- During the day, music and noise levels must remain reasonable to avoid disturbing neighbors.
- From 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., all noise is prohibited to observe the quiet period.
- Use of private outdoor areas is not allowed after 9:00 p.m. to prevent noise disturbances.
- Small gatherings with moderate noise are permitted; however, loud parties are prohibited.
- The condominium may impose a fine of 240,000 colones (approximately $480) for noise exceeding 40 decibels.
- Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to noise violations.

El lugar es muy bonito, pero si estaba muy sucio, no nos entregaron la casa con ciertas cosas limpias Como la silla de bebé, estaba muy sucia. Pero de resto el alojamiento es muy bonito y los host son muy atentos también y tiene buena ubicación.

Agradezco la atención de Joseph y su equipo! Lo que mas me impacto es que tuvimos unas dudas al principio y el servicio de Joseph fue atenta, rápida y oportuna. Esto genera confianza, tranquilidad y seguridad. Si quieren pasar unos dias de descanso maravillosos no duden de este lugar! lo vale y mucho! 100% recomendado

los anfitriones excepcionales una atención muy buena el lugar muy bonito el problema numero 1 no se.puede ni tener el radio o parlante .ya q los vecinos molestan mucho con respecto al ruido y aunque no se haga ruido molestan demasiado ...es muy tedioso estar con ese.problema en toda la estadía por todo lo demás muy bien .. el lugar muy bonito y los anfitriones muy atentos

La casa de Joseph fue perfecta para celebrar año nuevo con un grupo de amigos. La casa da la posibilidad de tener privacidad entre los miembros del grupo pero al mismo tiempo muchos espacios comunes. La comunicación siempre fue rápida y cordial. Y el check in/out con Chris fue siempre fácil (aunque nosotros estuvimos unos minutos tarde para el check out) Los electrodomésticos y amenidades de la casa son de calidad y para todos los gustos / usos.
