The Space

The complex is small but centrally positioned, offering a large pool and a shared common area where you can observe howler monkeys playing.

The property is conveniently situated within a 2 to 7-minute walk from all the attractions Tamarindo has to offer. It provides a peaceful tropical retreat to return to after exploring the town.
There are two gates on the property. One gate, not visible on Google Maps, offers easier access to the town and beach. Both gates are within a 5 to 7-minute walk.

I traveled alone with my two young boys and I can’t say enough good things about our stay! First, Stephanie and her condo were total gems. The place is tucked away from the arterial street in a quiet cove on the hill, yet it’s totally within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo was squeaky clean and had everything we needed, complete with all kitchen appliances & utensils- something important to me as I prefer to cook to constantly dining out. The AC worked well, although the blinds provided plenty of shade and there was an abundant breeze from the balcony and windows, so we didn’t even need to use it as often. The pool was well maintained— my boys loved it! Steph was also very proactive about providing us with some necessities and when I ran into some trouble she was extremely responsive and helpful. Totally recommend!

We were three sisters travelling and we loved the appartement!! It’s super calm, super clean, and very convenient. A 10 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to restaurants, Stephanie even had beach chairs that we could bring to the beach. We ran into Stephanie a couple times and she was really welcoming and always had local recommandations for us. We loved the pool after a day at the beach.

This spot is like a little oasis in paradise. It’s very quiet and surrounded by trees while being a 5 minute walk to the busy happenings of the main part of town. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay here for a week! Initially I thought it was further from town but a local told me about a short cut up the street that cut the walk into town in half. The kitchenette was perfect if you’re staying a little longer. Overall we enjoyed our time here and the host was very responsive.
