The Space

This spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. To ensure your safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, the unit is thoroughly sanitized every 24 hours. You will also receive hand sanitizer gel, masks, and gloves to help you feel secure and at home. Daily cleaning and sanitization services are provided by Monica.

The apartment features:

• Four bedrooms, each with cable TV (Sky)
• Netflix available in the family room
• Three full bathrooms
• A service room with a bunk bed for two and its own bathroom
• Dining room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Large terrace offering a pleasant view

Pets are allowed inside the apartment; however, the administration requests that pets not be taken to the gardens, public areas, pools, or the beach.

Location

The apartment is conveniently located near La Isla shopping center, which hosts a variety of restaurants, cinemas, and shops. The complex provides a golf cart shuttle service to the shopping center, or you can walk there in under 10 minutes. There is a gate that leads directly to the shopping center, making it easy to bring children in strollers, ride bikes, or simply enjoy a stroll.

• Pool area with two slides and a “Lazy River” encircling the property
• Clubhouse with a playroom and children’s play area

Guest Access and Policies

Guests have access to all the amenities within the complex. To enter, all guests must provide full names and present government-issued identification upon arrival.

Please note the following important rules:

• A refundable deposit of 5,000 MXN in cash is required at check-in to receive access bracelets. This deposit will be returned at departure, provided there are no damages or fines.
• Any damages or fines will be deducted from the deposit.
• This deposit policy is specific to the condominium and must be accepted when booking.
• All purchases at bars or restaurants within the complex must be paid in cash.
