Nestled on a private 3-acre hilltop estate, this secluded oasis overlooks the Pacific Ocean where the ocean meets the mountains in perfect harmony. The property blends tropical forest with pristine sandy beaches, offering a peaceful and private environment close to the beach and surfing spots.

The estate borders Las Baulas National Park and is just minutes on foot from Playa Grande’s main surf breaks. It’s an ideal location for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and easy access to various leisure activities. Guests can choose to cook in or enjoy dining at more than a dozen nearby restaurants.

Casa Linda Vista (Main House)

• Largest of three fully equipped houses on the property.
