Design and Planning

Welcome to Casa Hermanos! This vision began long ago with dusty dirt road Baja trips during summer breaks in high school, in search of waves and adventure. Some trips were better planned than others, but none came without amazing stories, laughter, and the desire to do it all again.

Fast forward about 30 years, and with the help of a world-class architect, Erik Zuziak of JZMK Architects, the design and planning of Casa Hermanos became a reality.

The main house features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, accommodating up to ten guests. Three of the four bedrooms are master ensuites with indoor and outdoor private showers and soaking tubs, each with its own unique design touches. The fourth bedroom, referred to as the "bunk-room," is designed with kids in mind, ensuring comfort and fun for both children and adults.

Excellent Layout

The primary master bedroom is attached to the main living space with direct interior access to the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms two, three, and four are all set up as private suites. All rooms overlook the amazing pool deck and lush native landscaping, with ocean views throughout.

The kitchen is fully outfitted for all your cooking and barbecue needs. We provide bath, pool, and beach towels, beach chairs, and even a couple of Wavestorm soft top surfboards for catching some waves.

Location

Is Casa Hermanos close to the beach? Yes, there is a walking path that takes about 10-15 minutes on foot. This beautiful white sand beach stretches for miles in both directions and is perfect for tranquil beach walks, bocce ball games, or sunsets.

Are the beaches near the house swimming beaches? While the beach directly in front is beautiful, we do not recommend it as a swimming beach due to a steep drop-off. However, there is a great surfing beach called La Pastora, located about 1 mile north, which is part of this stretch of stunning white sandy beach.

For families, there is a flat beach in Cerritos, about a 20-minute drive through Todos Santos, which is great for all ages and activities, including beginner surfers. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, and soft top surfboards for your beach days, no matter which beach you choose to visit.
