Nestled in the prestigious Cabo Real development, the house is just minutes away from the renowned Cabo Real golf course, making it an ideal destination for golf enthusiasts.

The modern house features the following beds:

• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: King bed
• Bedroom 3: Two queen beds
• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (full bed with twin on top)

We also have an air mattress available; extra fees may apply.

Guest Access

You have full access to the entire house and the private pool, ensuring complete privacy and comfort during your stay. The development also features two additional pools and offers free access to the beach, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment.

For sports enthusiasts, tennis and pickleball courts are available (we have rackets and balls), perfect for a friendly match or serious game.

Location

The property is located in the Cabo Real development between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, which includes a golf course. If you walk to the beach and turn left, it's just a 5-minute stroll to the Hilton Hotel, offering safe swimming.

Our villa accommodates up to 11 guests; please note that one bedroom has a full-size bed. For check-out, we only ask that you turn off the air conditioners—we’ll take care of the rest. We want your departure to be as seamless and relaxing as your stay.
