This beautiful 3-bedroom, 1,737 square foot condo is located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, just one block from the famous Medano Beach and a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the marina. It can accommodate up to 6 guests with the following bedroom arrangements:

• Master bedroom: King bed
• Second bedroom: Queen bed
• Third bedroom: Queen bed and Twin bed

There are 2 well-appointed full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. You can enjoy meals at the large dining table that seats 6 or barbecue on the spacious patio, which offers a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. Alternatively, you can dine at the Tres Amigas Cantina poolside restaurant and bar, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at great prices.

Quiet mini-split air conditioning units and ceiling fans in all rooms will keep you cool during warm summer evenings. For your entertainment, there is a large flat-screen TV in the living room and flat-screen TVs in the master bedroom and second bedroom. To keep you connected, this condo has its own dedicated fiber optic internet service (60 Mbps) and phone service with free local and international calling.

Location

A two-minute walk will take you to the golden sands of Medano Beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo, featuring wonderful restaurants and various water sports. You can take a water taxi with your family to see the famous Cabo Arch and Lovers Beach. Another five-minute walk will bring you to the center of town and the marina, where Cabo San Lucas offers some of the best sports fishing in the world.

Conveniently located nearby are two supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk away.

The property boasts one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. If you need refreshments, you can take advantage of the swim-up bar or unwind in the large Jacuzzi.
