• Guest Bedroom: Double bed, smart TV, full en suite bathroom.
• Living Room: A pull-out bed can accommodate an extra person.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and everything you might need to prepare your meals. The spacious and stylish living room features pocket doors that open to the amazing private terrace, which is fully equipped with a dining table, lounges, and a BBQ grill. Other Things to Note

Please be aware that Puerto Paraíso Mall is currently undergoing renovation work on the second level near the parking area. Construction activities, including removal, demolition, and masonry, will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There may also be nighttime cleaning and debris removal. We are offering a significantly reduced rate in consideration of this situation, but please keep in mind that some noise or disturbance may occur during your stay.

We kindly remind you that pets are not allowed on this property. If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog, please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you. Last-minute arriving pets will not be allowed on the property.

Being located in downtown, just steps from Cabo's nightlife, may result in noisy nights (music), especially in the bedroom that faces the marina.

If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security and provide you access to the parking. Please remember to leave your condo keys when you leave; lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD.

We accept monthly reservations; however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply. Please confirm this before booking.

This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines.
