About the Unit

This listing is part of my timeshare/private residence ownership. Please inquire about availability, as it operates on live inventory. If the suite appears unavailable, feel free to reach out, as I have an extensive inventory. Reservations will only be accepted if the room is confirmed available on my end. Ocean View

An ocean view room is not guaranteed. Upon arrival at the resort, you can request a beach room, but availability will determine if you receive the desired ocean view. During high peak seasons, there may be a charge for an ocean view suite. The resort typically makes every effort to accommodate requests, but it is advisable to speak with the front desk upon arrival for potential upgrades. Room photos are samples; the arrangement of furniture and balcony views may vary.

Access

Guests will receive full access to all resort amenities, except for all-inclusive meals, which can be purchased for an additional fee of $150 per person, per day (a three-day minimum is required unless purchased directly at the resort). There is a $3.50 resort fee per day, charged at checkout. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee of approximately $10 per device per day. For digital nomads needing internet access, please note that the strength may not be suitable for video calls.

Here are some tips that have helped past guests connect better to the internet:

• Look into travel routers (e.g., GL.iNET GL-MT300N-V2, TP-Link TL-WR902AC, RAVPower Filehub AC 750)
• Use an external wireless card
• Utilize multiple networks
• Find the best spot in your room
• Use a wired connection
• Turn off unnecessary apps and plug in your laptop

Additional Services

• Shuttle service at the resort is available for $20 per person both ways (taxis may be cheaper). Booking must be done at least three days prior to arrival. Same-day requests are generally not accommodated.
• Special occasion packages (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
• Trip planning services (activity booking, event tickets, restaurant reservations). Note that some restaurants at the resort operate on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
