Surrounded by two protected ravine and forested areas, the property is enveloped in a natural canopy of trees inhabited by singing birds and playful monkeys. Guests may also spot iguanas, geckos, frogs, turtles, and other unique wildlife, enhancing the tranquil tropical atmosphere.

Other Things to Note

Costa Rica is a developing country, and occasional brief electrical or water outages may occur. These interruptions are usually short, and we work diligently to resolve them quickly.

Standard check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. When possible, early check-ins and late check-outs are available. For same-day turnovers, check-in may be adjusted to 4:00 PM and check-out to 10:00 AM, with advance notice provided.

Tamarindo is experiencing rapid development, including in our neighborhood. You might hear construction noise during daytime hours. Rental prices have been adjusted to reflect any potential inconvenience.
