Incredible villa! Beat our expectations! Would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about booking. Beautiful views and comfy rooms. Very peaceful and relaxing. Everything from the concierge, to the housekeeping, to the chef was magnificent.

Such a great house! The views from the pool and balconies are fantastic. The bathroom adjacent to the pool terrace was a must to avoid having to dry off every time we went in the house. The 6th bedroom downstairs is a step down from the rest of the suites, but still does the job. The beach is truly a 7 or 8 minute walk from the house. The pickle ball and tennis court area is a little less than 15 minute walk away, but get ready to use those leg muscles getting up and down the hills! You'll need to take a car service (Uber or otherwise) to get to town. Even though Google Maps says it's a 25-minute walk, it's a significant elevation change and the sun is hot! The daily housekeeper keeps the house spotless, she was fantastic. And we can't recommend using the chefs strongly enough. Alex, Rogelio, and Daniel were AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!

Great place — 10 of us had an amazing time with plenty of room. The house concierge was great and booked us rides on very short notice whenever needed. The daily housekeeping was also a very nice touch.

We had the most amazing 10 day stay at Villa Antigua. We booked last minute and Sarah and Ismael were so helpful and attentive and communicative throughout. The house was absolutely beautiful and just as pictured. The view was stunning and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Angeles, their housekeeper was an actual angel and came in every day and kept the place so clean, refreshing the beds and bathrooms on the daily. We had absolutely no problems during our stay and everyone went above and beyond to make it wonderful for us. The experience was truly worth every penny and we are so grateful we found this spot! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had the best time at Villa Antigua for my bachelorette party. Sarah and the local concierge were so helpful. 100/10 recommend!!

The location is beautiful and views can't be matched!  We were there for 8 nights,  the air conditioning was out in one bedroom for 3 days, other for 4 days and another for 3 days.  In one bedroom where the air conditioning was out water was leaking into the closet to make it unusable.  None of the 2 safes worked, light bulbs were out all over the house, indoors and out,  in one of the bathrooms a tile was missing and a piece of paper was used to cover it. Upon arrival there were ants in the kitchen when reported to our local contact he brought us bug spray.  We had cleaning service service every day but sheets were never changed in 8 days.  All of the furniture was tired, all eight of the dining room chairs you sunk in.  The sound system was worked sporadically, the pool was never cleaned in our stay, towels and sheets were in the washer and dryer when we arrived.  We were in contact with our local contact almost everyday to remedy all of these problems. Not a value for what we paid!

Our group enjoyed our weekend here! Ismael and Chef Alex's team made it very easy to check in and had our villa stocked with groceries upon arrival.  We enjoyed breakfast and dinner by Chef Alex's team and it was some of the best food we ate all weekend.  It was extremely spacious for our group of 9, and Pedregal felt extremely safe.  I would definitely recommend to others visiting Cabo!

We enjoyed our stay for my husbands 40th birthday. Every room had such a great view. We traveled with 6 couples and everyone loved their stay! Ishmael was extremely responsive prior to travel as well as responding to questions/issues. He recommended a great DJ, party decorator and we really enjoyed that all transportation was "luxury" (please be careful on DJ though - neighborhood extremely sensitive for noise and high fines - we had to shut down the DJ early, even with prior HOA approval!). We have been to Cabo a dozen times and love all the local food, so was worried we may be missing out hiring a chef. However, if you are contemplating Chef Alex and team - don't! We ended up only eating out once and used his team for breakfast lunch and dinner. Every meal was absolutely delicious! We even ran out of Champagne one morning and his team ran out for some! He was flexible on pricing/times. Would love to return :)

Incredible ocean views and sunset from the balconies and bedrooms. Our concierge Ismael was great and helpful for organization activities. We got Chef Alex to cook breakfast and a dinner - he is an incredible chef and a great guy overall. We had maid service every day which was an unexpected perk!

What a holiday!  Sarah’s home accommodated our 8 guests incredibly well.  The view is outrageous and distance to marina is unmatched. STUNNING!!!!!!!! We had an amazing time. The pictures due no justice, everything was perfect. We spent most of our time at the house. And, on Saturday night they had firework show, it was amazing from the infinity pool. We will be back for sure.  Ismael and the Chef Alex's Team was Awesome!!

The Villa Antigua was everything I had expected and more. I celebrated my 60th birthday there. The Villa accommodated 11 of us very comfortable. where do i even start! we stayed at this villa for my twin sister’s bachelorette with 13 girls and it was nothing short of spectacular! the villa itself is beautiful with stunning views in a very safe, private neighborhood. ismael and his entire team made all of our wishes come true! he was so responsive and assisted making reservations for a private chef (alex, all of his food was delicious!), transportation everywhere we needed to go, an amazing decoration company who truly outdid themselves, a bartender, a DJ, reservations for a boat, day party, dinner. i could go on and on! the staff went above and beyond to create the most unforgettable weekend! we hope to come back and visit asap!

This property was absolutely incredible for a group of childhood friends. The property is even better than it appeared in the pictures, incredible views, and Ismael was an incredibly helpful concierge teammate. I’d recommend reaching out to him before you book anything. Definitely recommend getting private chef services from Chef Alex and his team, and Rojelio and Daniel were awesome chefs! Angeles was an incredible house manager/cleaner as well! Our stay at the Villa was nothing short of amazing! Ismael was extremely kind and helpful booking everything from restaurant reservations to transportation to activities. Villa Antiqua was a perfect house for our 3-generation family of 11  to use as home base while celebrating a week over the Christmas/New Year holiday. The layout of the house was wonderful  - from the large living room opening out to pool, huge kitchen, ping pong "court", plenty of bathrooms, nice decor. Our housekeeper, Angeli (sp?), was a gem and helped make our vacation a true vacation. Ismail was great in helping us book a snorkel trip. The trip up the hill coming  back from the beach was good exercise!

Beautiful home to rent in Pedregal. I would give it a 5-star apart from some hiccups we had during our stay — no hot water in several bathrooms, no keys to any of the safety deposit boxes, foul odor from two of the bathrooms. Fortunately, the concierge did everything to take care of the issues as swiftly as possible, but for the price tag, one would hope not to encounter these. The property itself was stunning. Better than described. Amazing view, heated pool and jacuzzi, stocked with everything to have a very comfortable stay! Highly recommend.

We had the best time at Sarah’s place! This was my first time staying at an Airbnb in Cabo and it was truly so great! Ismael was a great host and coordinated everything for us. Definitely use Chef Alex and his crew too!

I booked villa Antigua for my best friends bachelorette party and it was an amazing experience! The concierge, Ismael, was incredibly helpful with requests and arrangements during our stay. Chef Alex and his staff were AMAZING. We used them for 6 meals and I wish we would have booked him for all of them. The butler/bartender is a must, especially with a large group. We had balloons and other decor for our visit and it was all above and beyond my expectations. Our visit was mid-July so the mosquitos were incredibly bothersome but Ismael delivered a dozen citronella candles to help. It’s more secluded and a taxi downtown is necessary, but it’s a great alternative to the all inclusive resorts nearby. The house could use a little love but overall I definitely recommend this listing!!

The place was perfect. We had a group celebrating a wedding and it could not have gone better. HIGHLY recommend getting the chef who made every meal special and incredibly delicious.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Antigua! We were greeted with snacks and margaritas, and chef Alex made us delicious vegetarian tacos on our first night. The space was big enough to comfortably house 12 people and it immediately felt like home! I hope I find myself back at Villa Antigua someday

Six of us stayed at Villa Antigua for my brothers bachelor party. This property was a great value as we were looking for six bedrooms. Great view and great location in the Pedregal complex. Check in was seamless, and I'd recommend setting up some meals with the chef Alex. We used him for about 7-8 meals over the 4 day period and the food was delicious. I'd highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property that is very well maintained and in a great location within the Pedregal community - unobstructed ocean views and a short walk to the beach!  Sarah was a great host and we hope to visit again soon!

This was Airbnb was an amazing stay and one of the better stays I've ever had. There were several pre-trip preparations and instructions that made the stay very easy to settle into and perfectly set up. The host Ismael was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries and made things very easy. The house itself was beautiful and very well kept - every room was big, along with the common areas and was far too much space for my group of 6. The amenities were perfect for hosting a group and the view was gorgeous. The neighborhood of Pedregal is a perfect location if you want the privacy and safety of a high-end community but also want to be close all the action downtown and by the beach. I'd highly recommend using the chef Alex for at least a meal or two, the food was phenomenal!

Unforgettable, 10 of us all turned 40 this year for this trip and stay. This house, community and beach are a special place. First vacation in my years that I wish to repeat. Much gratitude to the staff and services provided by the hosts.  Cheers

This was such a wonderful experience! Sarah’s local team was 150% amazing. Ismael helped make all of our plans including transportation, reservations, excursions, groceries, etc. He communicated fast and everything was executed flawlessly! And we’re a lot to manage sometimes :) The housekeeping was so impressive… very clean and went over and above what she really needed to do (folding laundry, organizing personal items nicely, etc). The Paradise in Pedregal villa was an incredible experience and I’d highly recommend it. It was the in a perfect location, was an amazing property (hot tub, pool, large bedrooms- each with an en suite bathroom). Sarah was a great host and her incredible team were such a pleasure to work with. Ismael, our concierge, was a massive help, from months of planning lunch & dinner reservations and additional activities to being responsive and on-site if needed. We also hired a bartender for one day and hired Chef Alex for a lunch and dinner. His food was delicious and he was such a hospitable and accommodating chef (including cooking separate meals for those with allergies). This trip was a 10/10 and you will not disappointed if you book this villa! Thank you to Sarah, Ismael, Chef Alex and our driver Freddye for an unforgettable trip.

Paradise in Pedregal is a perfect caption for Villa Antigua! This home is amazing and the views are amazing. There was plenty of room for our growing family of 12. The Host, Sarah is extremely responsive. The concierge, Ismael was also very responsive. Chef Alex and his staff prepared several meals for us that were wonderful and fairly priced. Ciclene the housekeeper did a fabulous job and arrived everyday like clockwork. She allowed me to really feel like I was really on vacation! Pedregal development is a gated community that seems very safe. Pedregal is close to town and the marina. Our previous Host cancelled on us at 11:30 PM the night before we were to arrive. We found this listing and Sarah confirmed our new reservation. Our trip was for our Son's 30th Birthday and a few days later his Wedding. Sarah saved the trip!

The only thing more amazing than Villa Antigua itself is the incredible service and staff! The housekeeper Sophia was absolutely phenomenal, Chef Alex and his team were superb, and Ismael was really helpful with everything I could think of. Unfortunately we arrived just hours before Hurricane Ida so things were definitely a little dicey because the city was shutting down. But again, the drivers and Ismael literally ran us around to find an open grocery store to get food and get back to safety before the storm hit. The Villa is gorgeous, very spacious, and amazing views. So happy I booked, it was the best for my 35th birthday with my girls!

What a BEAUTIFUL place!  Our family of 12 people were more than comfortable in this gorgeous home.  Sarah was so very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. She is the perfect host.  The views and location were perfect.  My grandchildren lived in the pool.  We took several nightly walks to the private beach of Pedregal.  Ismael helped me plan all things off site as well as setting us up with Chef Alex who shopped and cooked for us.  Housekeeping daily topped this off as a true vacation!  Don’t hesitate to book this home… you won’t regret it!!

Couldn’t have had a successful trip without him. Villa close to the marina, cabo adventures and the strip. You need a taxi to get around, which the drivers are all soooo nice.

We had a fabulous stay at Sarah’s for my sisters bachelorette party weekend. Her staff was incredible and extremely responsive. Ismael helped coordinate dinners, bar tenders, and special event options to celebrate the occasion. When our flight got delayed 6 hours, he and chef Alex quickly jumped in to help and grab groceries. They even welcomed us all with a delicious welcome snack and cocktail. The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures. There were some slight hiccups with the house, but the staff quickly jumped on it. We will definitely be back!

we had an amazing stay at Sarah's place. the location is perfect if you want to be by Downtown Cabo San Lucas. the setup is fantastic for a big group. we had the chef come in for 2 meals at it is highly recommended and of great value.

This place is unbelievable!! It was the perfect setting for our group trip. The rooms are spacious, the beds are really comfortable, the pool and spa heat up very quickly, and the view is unreal. We hired chef Gabriel to make us a few meals and his food was first class. Dinner on night one was next level good. Maid service came by everyday. Betty the concierge arranged transportation and responded super quickly to any question we had. Would highly recommend booking this amazing villa in Pedregal to anyone and everyone, it was such an awesome place!!

Villa Antigua is absolutely spectacular, to say that it exceeded our expectations is a massive understatement!! The property managers Betty and Ismael were incredibly attentive, helping us arrange a shuttle from the airport, picking up groceries and always responding in seconds to any questions we had via WhatsApp. The unobstructed views from the pool area and the various private balconies  are simply BREATHTAKING. We arrived on January 15th and sunlight hits the pool deck around 10AM, staying until sunset over the ocean around 530PM so plenty of time for tanning! Many of the other homes in Pedregal are positioned such that people on the roads could easily look into your pool/ living areas but the orientation of Villa Antigua and thoughtful landscaping make it a private oasis without compromise. Huge bedrooms with comfortable beds, black out blinds, spacious gorgeous bathrooms/showers/baths, are spaced out throughout the home so it could easily accommodate 4+ families. The kitchen is large with state of the art appliances you dream about. Easy to cook for a big crowd and enjoy your meal either outside or in the house on the massive dinning room table. For the active guests walking Pedregal is an awesome morning activity with great views, it’s a 5 minute walk to Pedregal beach, and a 10 minute walk to the Pedregal gym/spa where a weekly gym membership is 35USD.  This probably sounds too good to be true... but it is. We will definitely be back!!
