Casa De Cerveza is a stunning Hacienda-style house located just 12 feet away from the exclusive Punta Ballena Beach Club. This light-filled, one-floor plan home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and features:

Inside, the main grand entrance is supported by beautifully crafted Roman-Tuscan-style columns. The house is cleverly divided into two halves:

• Left Side:

  • Master bedroom with a king-size bed, spacious full bathroom (jacuzzi bathtub, two sinks, generous closet space), and access to the outdoor deck and pool
  • Second independent bedroom with a queen-size bed, full bathroom (shower), and closet

• Right Side:

  • Two indoor parking spots with direct access to the fountain entrance pathway (plus one outdoor parking space)
  • Third and fourth bedrooms accessed via a shared hallway
  • Second master bedroom replicating the size and features of the first, with an additional toilet room and outdoor shower
  • Fourth bedroom with two twin beds that can convert to a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom (jacuzzi bathtub, double sink, closet space)

The center of the house features an airy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to a shared indoor columned pathway, complete with a countertop bar and rustic island. The family room and dining area flow seamlessly to the outdoor gardens and swimming pool.

This property is located inside the exclusive gated development of Punta Ballena in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, just a 2-minute walk from the beach.
