Casa Nami is a home to our family that lives here full time! It has all the comforts, extras and fully stocked for all family/surfers needs. Does NOT include casita out front, but the pool is exclusive for you. Superhost for 9 years and a quick walk to World Class Surf! This spacious 3 bedroom quality home is waiting for you! The space The kitchen is loaded and has everything you need plus extras, good knives, blender, toaster oven, french press, air fryer and all new appliances and a flat top grill outside. The front room also has its own kitchenette, private bathroom and entrance. The home is equipped with industrial ceiling fans for the main areas, but NO A/C. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit plus ceiling fans. There is no backup generator, but battery backup on WIFI, bedroom ceiling fans, some lights and TV's. There is a library of books to borrow during your stay, boards to play and a ping pong table as well! We do have a house cat that lives mostly outdoors. And we have a dog, that might be lingering nearby but friendly chill and quiet. There is a 55 inch HD TV in the living room and both master bedrooms have TV's. Front deck area and backyard garden lounge. Guest access Entire house. Does not include front casita, they have no access to the pool and front area, the home and pool is exclusive to our guests. There is a washer and a dryer which is included if you stay for a week. Other things to note Our home was designed as a dream place close to the surf, where we still have a lush tropical feel, can hear the waves and all the comforts of home sweet home. It is literally a 2-3 minute walk to Playa Colorado Surf break and beach path. Our family loves the outdoors so you will feel the outside, inside with all the large windows and front and back sliding glass doors. Built for a surf life, with board racks, outdoor showers, outdoor spaces, swimming pool, 3 TV''s, comfy sofas and hammocks to lounge, rest and recover. This is not an ordinary rental as we live here full-time! Everything is carefully thought out and we are constantly improving and updating all details. We have only just started to rent out the entire home as the boys are older, and traveling/school abroad more. We will be in the front casita or our caretaker if you need anything. The pool is EXCLUSIVE to you! Our dog Otto will be staying here as well but will be lingering around the home and our outdoor cat, Tora. We are pet friendly but there is an EXTRA fee so please advise us before you arrive. The kitchen is loaded as we love to eat and entertain, you will find everything you need with all good quality appliances. Large 6 person breakfast bar seating or a cozy dining nook for family dinners. There are 3 bedrooms and you will find the details below. All the bedrooms have good quality mattresses, blackout curtains industrial ceiling fans and A/C but there is no A/C in the living room and kitchen, but have industrial ceiling fans and a floor fan, the home has been designed with plenty of windows for airflow. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bedroom #1: (1-2 people) Master bedroom with 1 king size bed or 2-3 singles. This special room has been created as a boutique studio. It has its own kitchenette/HD TV/modem/private bathroom and private entrance, but connected to the home. Bedroom #2: (1-2people) Master bedroom with 1 king or 2 single beds. Has a private bathroom and HD TV. Bedroom #3: (1-4 people) Has a queen size bed and bunk bed, perfect for a couple or for a small family. Sleeps up to 4, bathroom is next to the room. Bed #4.: We have a day bed in the living room for an extra person but there is No A/C here. Only fans. We offer laundry services, please inquire. A private chef can also be arranged for meal plans. ***Electricity costs in Nicaragua are some of the highest in Central America we kindly ask that you always turn off lights, A/C and fans when you are not in the home and use conservatively.
