We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our experience. The service from the main office and drivers was excellent, responsive, helpful, & a pleasure to work with during our stay. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, with plenty of room to move & relax. The cleaning service was excellent and did a great job maintaining the property. There are a few things future guests should be aware of: Distance from the main town. We experienced a significant issue with fruit flies in the kitchen, this made cooking and eating in the house less enjoyable. There was also a problem with ants on the floor, which we addressed, but it was still unsettling to see so many. Additionally, the kitchen was missing some basic items that would make food preparation easier such as extra pans and food storage containers. That said, the home itself is lovely, and despite these issues, we were very pleased with our stay overall. With a few improvements, this property would be outstanding.

This was a beautiful place, but we were ultimately mislead into thinking it would be safe for a family with 3 young kids (1 is a toddler). Before booking, I asked for clarification of the pool, and they assured me it did not drop off the edge and would be safe. "Thank you for reaching out! the plunge pool on the rooftop terrace is built with safety in mind—it does not drop off the edge of the building. It is properly enclosed with barriers that ensure both safety and peace of mind while enjoying the rooftop view." However, there were no barriers, and it did drop off the edge of the building. The outdoor stair cases to get to the 2nd level where 2 of the bedrooms were, and the top level where the pool was, were open with no railing. This was also a concern with kids. We ended up having to scramble and find a new airbnb after staying there for 1 night, out of safety concerns. While it was pretty, it just wasn't suitable for kids.

Our stay at Amari was absolutely incredible!! Traveled & stayed 6 days with my husband & 2 other couples and we loved every minute of our stay. The villa has everything you need (minus a microwave which was kind of a bummer) but we made it work regardless! The concierge team is seriously amazing, so responsive & went above & beyond to meet our needs for anything from transportation, restaurant/popular outing recommendations, you name it. Cannot say enough good things. Loved their restaurant & the gym/yoga area was so nice. This was our first time in Tulum & our experience far exceeded our expectations.

Mayankeys place was a great day. The Airbnb was very clean. Neat and well organized. The communication level from all of the agents was very proactive and consistent. I highly recommend.
