The house is at the guest's entire disposal, including the private pool, jacuzzi, and garage. You will have access to The Mountain Club, which offers exceptional amenities like two pools (a social pool overlooking the Pacific and a lap pool), a state-of-the-art fitness studio, sauna, steam room, and spa services by Manoma. Don’t miss the newly opened Fénix restaurant for a culinary treat.

Other Things to Note

This is a two-story house, and there are stairs to get into the house and to each of the four bedrooms. Small children should be supervised by adults at all times. Adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include but are not limited to: pool and jacuzzi with no gates, staircases, and high drop-offs from patio and second-story terraces.

For your safety and security, we have installed an intercom system with a camera at the main entrance door.

House Rules

• No pets are allowed.
• No parties.
• No bachelor or bachelorette groups.
• Maximum capacity of this house is eight people.
• No groups under the age of 25 years.

Pedregal Community Rules

• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Outdoor music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood.
• All guests must be registered at reservation and check-in.
• Any non-registered guest or visitor requires property management authorization and security registration.
• All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers.

To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.
