The Space

The Ficus Villas offer a family retreat that combines Costa Rica's natural beauty with modern design, allowing you to enjoy the best in tropical living. Our indoor-outdoor spaces provide a relaxing atmosphere for a luxurious vacation.

The property consists of:

• A 3-bedroom main home (accommodates 8 guests)
• A 2-bedroom detached villa (accommodates 10 guests)
• A luxury rancho (outdoor kitchen and poolside lounge)
• A swinging hammock garden
• A private pool, all under the shade of a beautiful Ficus tree.

We have a MistAway mosquito misting system installed, programmed to automatically spray a mild botanical insecticide around the property, ensuring a comfortable outdoor experience.

The Ficus Villas can accommodate up to 20 guests, making it ideal for:

• Family reunions
• Large group retreats

All internal spaces are air-conditioned with individual units for customized cooling.

There are 6 smart LED screen TVs with cable and U.S. programming, one in each bedroom and another in the living room. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

We aim to provide a hotel-like experience within a private villa setting, including daily cleaning services tailored to fit your schedule. Additional housekeeping and breakfast preparation can be arranged. Our team can assist with in-house catering, sunset cruises, adventure tours, and tips for secluded beaches. Transportation to and from Liberia International Airport or San Jose International Airport can also be arranged.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

Guests enjoy access to the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club on Playa Avellanas. The Beach Club features:

• An infinity-edge pool overlooking the famous surf break of Little Hawaii

As a guest, entry into the beach club is $10, which can be used as credit at the bar and restaurant (paid once per day, ages 10 and older).

Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies for each guest beyond the 10th, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please include the total number of guests in your booking for an accurate quote.

Important Note

The Ficus Villas are located in a private, gated community with full-time residents. There is a strict no-noise policy outside between 10 PM and 6 AM. This property is not suitable for parties or large events. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and community rules. If excessive noise occurs, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
