Perched on a hillside with sweeping Pacific views, El Bajadero is a 4BR villa in El Pescadero featuring private suites, a pool, fire pit, and expansive outdoor living.
Overlooking the Pacific, El Bajadero is the ultimate vacation home. Each of the four bedrooms (two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and two twin bedrooms) has its own unique vibe and ensuite bathroom.
The house boasts a wrap-around deck, fire pit, massage deck, hammock pit, and concierge services.
Nestled into a hill just off the coastline, El Bajadero is ideal for families or groups of friends who love to travel together but also want their creature comforts and personal space. Due to the house's cascading architecture, every bedroom is perched on the hillside, providing sweeping views of the ocean.
The main living room features 12-foot ceilings and is surrounded by pocket doors that open to a wide, wrap-around porch and terrace. This area includes two seating spaces, a fire pit, a barbecue, and outdoor dining for ten. The terrace's eating area is covered by a pergola, allowing enjoyment regardless of the sun's intensity.
The richly colored pool level includes a refrigerator, bar, an outdoor shower, and separately zoned speakers—everything needed for a day of lounging. The pool features an infinity lap lane, an in-pool spa, and a Baja shelf with two built-in tanning beds. The pergola-covered massage deck is perfect for an afternoon nap in a hammock or an indulgent sunset massage.
Standard amenities include some unique extras such as whole-house filtered water, a wine fridge, an easy-to-use Sonos sound system, and a Ring security system.
Guests have access to the entire house. They can choose to divide their access between the main house and the fully independent casita, which has its own entrance and kitchen.
There are many activities in the area, especially for foodies, health and wellness travelers, art lovers, and outdoor adventure seekers. Our guest book provides a detailed list of recommendations.
A percentage of all El Bajadero rental income is donated to a local charity called Grupo Madre Teresa (GMT), a nondenominational, non-profit organization that provides essential services to vulnerable members of the rural Mexican community in El Pescadero.
Travelers who wish to engage with local charities can bring old clothes or children’s toys for donation. Our house managers will be happy to drop them off at GMT, or you can deliver them personally and witness the good work they do. The charity is located just five minutes away, next to Baja Beans—a must-visit local coffee shop for coffee and morning pastries.
