Shore House

As described. We would gladly stay again!

House is a gem! The outdoor living space, w/hammocks, ceiling fans, and shower, was the hangout! Bedroom AC was fantastic! Beach was just out our door! We visited over Easter, and town was bustling, with great restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, all w/in walking distance. The music base carries, so consider headphones for sleep. Sophie was great, and made trip planning seamless. Locals were super nice! We felt safe everywhere, & proactive lifeguards were on duty until dark. House keeping stays in attached part of house but we only saw her at our daily agreed apon time. It was so nice to return to a tidied kitchen, & made beds! She even brought over an extra mattress, when she noted our son refused to share a bed with his brother. 😀We had no issues with house but maintenance watered daily, so was around if needed. We were well taken care of! We had a wonderful trip.

Outstanding stay so close to the beach! Place is gorgeous and very comfortable. Easy walking to many restaurants, grocery and shops. Solid WiFi, well equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Daily cleaning is awesome. Fantastic communication with host. 10 stars all around.

We had a great stay in Santa Teresa. The host was extremely helpful - we were able to get an early check in, helped book dinner reservations and connected us with a surf instructor. The house is amazing, with an easy walk to almost everything in ST. We were able to walk to surf lessons from our beach as well. Great place, great host, great stay!

The shore house is on a beautiful piece of beachfront property. It is very well decorated and comfortable. Sophie was an amazing hostess, who was available all the time, quick responses, very helpful with suggestions and reservations. Great restaurants- especially Uma - next door. Katana was also within walking distance and absolutely fantastic. We would stay again!

We loved the location, in the middle of everything, but still felt private and so close to the beach! We loved it and would definitely stay here again! Sophie was very helpful with everything and the maid kept the place so clean.

We had an incredible stay at The Shorehouse in Santa Teresa. Vered and her team communicated with us very well, and all our expectations were met! We felt very safe the entire time we were there, there was no trace of the security person, but I assume he was lurking around. Occasionally people use the property for beach access, but that probably didn't happen more than once per day. The outdoor kitchen was awesome, well stocked with pans, cutlery and dishes, and the hammocks were a bonus! The beach access is next level, literally 300ft and you're at the beach! UMA bar right next door, and Banana Beach a little ways down. All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience, we would stay here again!
