Great house . Great housekeeper . Friendly and nice people. Lots of room to roam . Loved it and planning to come back end of July if it is not rented. Great communication too. And very private .

Great house and value! Has everything you need. very accommodating and great location in Cariari near the Centro de Eventos. definitely recommend for a large family or group.

Future travelers should be aware of the following inaccuracies with the listing. You do not have the home to yourself. It is shared with Yeni who welcomes you to the home. She lives inside the house with a separate entrance. The home is listed as air conditioned but it’s ONLY in the bedrooms. If you like AC and no bugs, you will want to stay confined to your own bedroom. None of the main area is air conditioned. No amount of fans will help with the sweltering heat. There is NO laundry on premises. If you want, they will do it for $40 USD per load!! I couldn’t believe it either. Home was mostly clean would recommend not forgetting to clean under the beds, we found a big shard of glass under the bed in the kids room. There isn’t much of a view for the house when you’re there. My final comment would be it is WAY over priced for what it is.
