Third Bedroom: Contains twin mattresses on handmade Guanacaste wood frames that can convert into a king-size bed upon request. It also has a private terrace and a fully equipped en suite bathroom.
The living room sofa can be converted into a queen-size bed if additional sleeping space is needed.

The spacious living room boasts 20-foot cedar ceilings and opens fully to the outdoor pool area through wall-to-wall accordion patio doors, blending indoor and outdoor living. Furnished with a large sofa and armchairs, it includes a 75-inch Smart TV with English and Spanish cable channels and Netflix. A bookcase offers books and games for entertainment.

Beautiful property with lush jungle landscaping and a gated, private feel, even though there’s another house next door (separated by trees/shrubs—we never felt any loss of privacy). The pool and surrounding area are great for relaxing. Bedrooms are spacious with huge windows and amazing jungle views, and the beds are very comfortable. The beach is just steps away, but it was often closed for swimming due to strong waves. We ended up driving about 4 minutes to Dominicalito Beach, which was perfect for kids. There are also plenty of good restaurants in Dominical, including one right next door. We did have some water pressure limitations, so showers had to be taken one after another, but it wasn’t a major issue. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay.

This house was great. The floor plan is open and inviting. The pool is great to have and well maintained. The house is easily walkable to the beach and town as well as the grocery store. Would recommend!

Walk to the beach, grocery store, dining, surf lessons, …. this is a perfect location to enjoy quiet life in Costa Rica. Step outside to the shady covered patio and fantastic pool to do absolutely nothing! Drive to other close beaches, waterfalls and nature tours (all within 15 minutes). We had a couple of issues during our stay (ran out of propane) and they were promptly addressed which is all you can ask for. Huge living/dining area makes this a great place for a group of friends or larger family. Beach chairs, towels, mats, and umbrellas all provided - you only need the clothes on your back!

Our stay was perfect for our 2 families. Plenty of room to spread out- all the beach gear-stocked Kitchen for cooking… great pool and felt very secure and private. Would definitely return and recommend to other families. Our hosts were responsive immediately and answered all questions! Thank you- pura vida!

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa! El lugar es hermoso, acogedor y lleno de detalles que hacen que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. Los administradores, Cris y Esteban, fueron sumamente atentos y amables, siempre pendintes de que estuvieramos comodos y resolviendo rapidamente cualquier inquietud que surgio. Sin duda, un alojamiento que recomiendo completamnete y al que me encantaria volver pronto. Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Wir waren rundum mit allem sehr zufrieden. tolles Haus, schönes Konzept, nähe zu Supermarkt, Strand und lokale. Für uns als Familie mit Kids super. Das einzige was besonders war. die zwei größeren eidechsen bzw Leguane die da am Pool chillen , haben nichts getan, alles cool. Aber unsere kleinen Kinder waren etwas verunsichert, da beim Essen draußen die immer gierig angerannt kamen. Da erschreckt man sich erst mal. Vielleicht nur als Info. 💁♀️ Ansonsten wirklich alles top gewesen. Sehr netter Kontakt.
