This luxury home features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, encompassing over 3,300 square feet of indoor space. It includes multiple outdoor decks and patios, a garage, a private swimming pool, and a yard.

Inside, there are five spacious bedrooms:

• Four bedrooms with plush king-size beds
• One bedroom with bunk beds

Each bedroom has its own private ensuite and ample closet space. The spectacular master suite is located upstairs and offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez, along with a five-piece bathroom that includes a jetted tub with ocean views. This room opens onto the upstairs deck for private relaxation. A second master and the children's bedroom complete the upstairs.

The two additional bedrooms are located downstairs:

• One full master facing the pool and ocean
• One bedroom opening onto the backyard and park

The lower level features airy, modern open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas, enhanced by elegant upgrades and unique touches. Recessed sliding doors across the living and dining rooms allow for uninterrupted views and access to the outdoor living space, pool, and ocean.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen includes:

• Granite countertops
• High-end stainless steel appliances
• Water purification on the kitchen tap
• In-fridge water and ice dispensers

A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room off the kitchen.

Outdoor Space

The outdoor area features:

• A large covered patio with a propane barbecue
• A dining table and seating area for enjoying sunrises over the ocean
• A grassy area leading to the pool

The pool has a large lower shelf, creating a shallower area for younger kids to play. It includes a pool blanket to retain heat and an optional pool heater for an additional $30 per day.

• A large flatscreen TV in the living room for streaming services like Netflix and YouTube, along with a DVD player

Please note that there is no local or satellite programming available.

Location

This home is ideally located near the heart of quaint, historic San Jose del Cabo. It is within a 10 to 15-minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20-minute walk to miles of beach. The property backs onto a park, providing greater privacy and peace.

Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the home and yard.

Other Things to Note

The sun shines on the pool all day, and it has been satisfactory for most adult and young guests. An optional greeting drink and snack, which includes chips, fresh salsas, and margaritas, can be arranged for $250 (gratuity extra) for up to eight guests.
