This house offers a variety of comfortable and spacious environments to socialize and enjoy as a family, both indoors and outdoors.

With six beautiful bedrooms, La Mar del Sur comfortably accommodates 16 people. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms with hot water, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Two additional guest bathrooms are available. Four rooms are located inside the house, while the remaining two have a separate entrance from the parking lot.

The option to include extra beds is available in some rooms to accommodate up to 18 guests, including children.

Guest Access

Guests can access all areas of the house except for the area designated for the private use of the house's support staff.

Other Things to Note

Electricity consumption included in the rate is 30 kilowatt-hours (KW/h) per day. Any additional consumption will be billed separately and calculated based on meter readings. For stays longer than one week, the electricity consumption limit included in the rate may vary. Please check with us based on your specific case. The maximum number of guests allowed is 18 people, including children.
