Casa Alvar is an open-concept, luxury villa located in Cabo San Lucas at Quivira. This spacious property features:

Guests have access to the surrounding Quivira Golf Course, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort, and Pueblo Bonito Rose at Medano Beach Resort. It is a 10-minute drive to downtown Cabo, Cabo Arches, Cabo San Lucas Marina, Cabo Wabo, Medano Beach, Lover’s Beach, Divorce Beach, nightlife, and restaurants.

Enjoy 4,000 square feet of tastefully appointed indoor living and entertainment space, as well as spacious covered and outdoor living areas. The kitchen includes a grill and outdoor dining options, while the pool and sun terrace provide seating and chaise lounge chairs. The infinity pool and spa overlook the Pacific Ocean, mountain range, and Quivira Golf Course.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort and includes:

The living space is ideal for lounging, and the chef’s kitchen serves as a great gathering spot around the large granite island. For meals and entertaining, there is a designer dining room set for 12 and additional outdoor dining areas.

The price includes accommodations for up to 10 guests, with the ability to accommodate up to 14 for an additional fee.
