Rest and relax in our cozy modern home. A few meters walk from secluded and swimmable beach. The home has panoramic views of this beautiful part of Baja. Wake up with the sunrise over the Sierra Lagunas and end with sunset on the Pacific. The home has a modern design with great and views. You will spend much of your time mesmerized by the ocean views in the open plan kitchen / living room that opens up to deck & plunge pool. The rooftop bar and grill is also great for a sunset cocktail! The space The home has four bedrooms, a large open layout kitchen, dining, and living area with a cantilever plunge pool just off the deck. On the first floor we have a large garage that we have converted into a game room with ping pong. The garage doors open up to an outdoor shower, horseshoe pit and corn hole area. There is also powder room on this floor. Each bedroom has a separate entrance and private bathroom. The rooftop deck is where we gather for sunset. It has plenty of seating and the bar and grill area makes it hard to want be anywhere else for some really spectacular sunsets. The roof also provides space for outdoor dining, yoga and is also great place for a siesta (we have created a hammock garden on the mountain side). Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom is on the first floor and has a king sized bed, it’s own large bathroom, giant closet and a deck that looks out toward the ocean and garden. Bedroom 2: Just off the living area on the second floor, this bedroom has a queen sized bed, private bathroom and shower, and a small balcony that looks south with views of the ocean Bedroom 3: This second floor bedroom has a queen sized bed, private bathroom and shower, and a small balcony that primarily overlooks the mountains. Additionally, the room includes a kitchenette, equipped with small stove and mini-fridge. Bedroom 4: On the first floor, this was originally planned as a caretaker residence, it has a queen bed and bathroom and shower. The entire home is equipped with filtered drinking water but all our water is trucked in so encourage guests to be conscious of their usage when taking showers or doing dishes. The home also uses a septic system so please do not flush toilet paper or other items down the toilet as it can damage the system. The home is on local power, which can be delicate at times particularly during times of heavy rain or wind (typically during the summer months) but each room is equipped with AC. The home also has a washer and dryer located in the garage. However, we discourage the use of hairdryers. The kitchen is equipped top of the line appliances and all the necessary items for prepping an in home meal or private chef's dinner, which we can help organize. There is no TV in the home but we do have a lovely library filled with some really great reads! We do also provide beach necessities like towels, chairs, ice chests and a few surfboards for your use. - **Bedroom 4**: On the first floor, this room was originally planned as a caretaker residence. It has a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The home has a large open layout for the kitchen, dining, and living areas, with a cantilever plunge pool just off the deck. On the first floor, there is a large garage converted into a game room with a ping pong table. The garage doors open up to an outdoor shower, horseshoe pit, and cornhole area. There is also a powder room on this floor.

The rooftop deck is a gathering spot for sunset views, featuring plenty of seating and a bar and grill area. It also provides space for outdoor dining, yoga, and a hammock garden for relaxation.
