Holidays

Holidays are exciting, but please check your dates and select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. Contact a reservation agent if your dates differ from the following to find a way to accommodate you.

Our holiday dates for 2025 & 2026 are:

• Thanksgiving (November 23 - 30, 2025/2026)
• Easter Week (March 29 - April 4, 2026)

For any reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, we have a 7 to 10-night minimum requirement. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before making an online booking during this time. Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy and are non-refundable.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

• Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.
• The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary).

Construction

Please note there is ongoing construction in the community. However, the house’s noise-resistant doors and windows, along with lush landscaping around the pool and garden, provide privacy and minimize impact. Recent guests have reported being unaffected, but to account for any inconvenience, we have adjusted our rates.
