The Space

Welcome to our beautiful palapa-style Mexican luxury villa. Enjoy relaxing at the infinity pool with views of the Pacific Ocean and the famous Arch. Schools of whales and dolphins frequently swim by to greet you. There is a private beach within walking distance with incredible snorkeling opportunities, and an array of posh hotels just steps away. The views will take your breath away, and the comfortable and welcoming style of the home will make you never want to leave.

The front door leads you into the main living room area, featuring a palapa-style ceiling, marble flooring, a wide-open floor plan, and infinity doors leading to the breathtaking infinity pool area. The home has three levels, but the main floor and 80% of the house are on the entry-level/top floor. You will only need to walk down the stairs if you wish to utilize the fifth bedroom.

In the living room, you will find:

• An inviting couch that seats up to four people
• A loveseat that seats two people
• A one-person comfy chair
• A La-Z-Boy recliner

The dining room comfortably seats eight people, with additional seating options:

• Two bar stools in the bar area
• Three bar stools in the kitchen bar area

This house is excellent for entertaining friends and family. There is a second, more intimate living room area where you can enjoy movies, Netflix, and more on the Smart 42" TV. This area includes:

• One couch that seats three
• A second couch that seats two
• A one-person chair

The kitchen features a large island with all the essentials, including:

• Plenty of pots and pans
• Cupboards, cabinets, and drawers stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, and kitchen essentials

Bedrooms

The master bedroom is located to the left of the home, past the second living room. Upon entering, you will be greeted with scenic views of the Pacific Ocean, the famous Arch, and beautiful white Grecian-style rooftops. The master bedroom includes:

• A private balcony for enjoying coffee and watching dolphins and cruise ships
• A king-size bed with views through two extra-large infinity doorways
• A large walk-in closet connected to the bathroom with dual sinks, a jet-spa bathtub, and a walk-in shower

Enjoy breathtaking views while soaking in the bathtub after a long day of snorkeling and enjoying the beach.

The second bedroom, located next to the master bedroom, comes equipped with:

• A king-size bed
• A large dresser
• Scenic views and a balcony leading out to the infinity pool and jacuzzi
• An attached private bathroom and closet area with a walk-in shower featuring a rainfall showerhead

The third bedroom is located on the right side of the home, past the bar and bamboo hallway. It includes:

• A king-size bed with a private entryway to the backyard infinity pool area
• An attached private bathroom with a large walk-in closet, vanity sink area, and a glass door leading to a luxurious shower and attached jet-spa bathtub

Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean while relaxing in the bathtub.

The fourth bedroom, located next to the third bedroom, features:

• A set of two full-size beds with a private entryway to the backyard
• An attached bathroom that includes a walk-in closet and a shower and bathtub combination

The stairs leading down to the fifth bedroom are located by the second living room. The fifth bedroom includes:

• Two twin-size beds
• An attached bathroom with a shower

If you walk down the next flight of stairs, you will find yourself at the bottom level of the home. Extra sets of linens are available in all the closets for the beds.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire home during your stay. The backyard features an infinity pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor seating.

Other Things to Note

Keep in mind that there are a few nearby trendy hotels that can get noisy at night with weddings and events. Twenty minutes down the road is the marina, lined with bars, clubs, and restaurants that can also be noisy, as the sound can echo off the ocean. You may hear occasional cruise ship noise as well.

The home is located in Mexico, which means you may encounter some differences compared to other countries. One important note is that toilet paper or any solid object absolutely cannot be flushed down any toilet in the home or throughout most of Mexico. There is typically construction nearby.
