The Space

This house features:

• 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning
• 2 bathrooms
• A private pool and barbecue area, accommodating up to 8 people
• A full kitchen

On the top floor:

• Two bedrooms and a bathroom
  • One bedroom fits up to three people
  • The other includes a queen bed for two individuals

On the bottom floor:

• The living area
• An additional room next to the stairs that can also fit three people

Additional amenities include:

• Wifi with a speed of 200 megabytes
• Hot water

The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The patio features a dining table and a seating area.

Please help us save energy by being mindful of electricity usage. We provide 30 kilowatt-hours of electricity free each day.

Guest Access

The house is private, and guests have access to all areas, including the pool. Please note that there are two storage areas that are off-limits.

Amenities

• An ice maker that produces over 20 pounds of ice per day (just turn it on and add water if needed)
• One new 5-gallon purified water bottle provided with each rental
• A large barbecue with all necessary utensils
• Spices, salt, coffee, and sugar available for guest use
