The Space

This beautifully decorated apartment features luxury finishes and offers stunning views. It includes everything needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

• Smart TVs in both bedrooms (45” and 50”) and the living room, which includes TOTAL PLAY and Pluto TV for streaming
• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, toaster, stove, knives, cutting boards, Tupperware, and tableware
• Personal toiletries including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper

Guest Policies and Additional Services

• All guests, including children, must be registered.
• Early check-in (10:00 AM) and late check-out (4:00 PM) are available for an additional fee of $1,000 MXN each, subject to availability and no same-day arrivals or departures.
• Daily cleaning service is available upon request.
• A cook can be arranged for meal preparation at an extra cost.
• Pets are not allowed.

Important Notes and Rules

• Please monitor weather updates, as the beach may be affected by sea conditions. The condominium offers more than seven pools and numerous amenities regardless.
• A refundable cash deposit of $5,000 MXN is required upon arrival. A receipt will be provided for check-in.
• Official and current identification is necessary for guest registration.
• The condominium uses a proximity key card to activate electricity inside the apartment. Remove the card when leaving to conserve energy. The refrigerator remains powered continuously.
• Only one key is provided; additional keys can be left at reception for companions.
• Guests must review and sign the apartment inventory upon arrival and send a photo of the signed document via Airbnb or WhatsApp.
• Clothes and towels should not be hung on terrace railings or outdoor furniture; a folding clothesline is provided.
• Grills are prohibited.
• Only registered guests and authorized personnel may access the apartment and condominium; visitors and outside service staff are not allowed.
• Parties and events are forbidden.
• Housekeeping is included every third day, with daily cleaning available for an extra fee. Only the designated cleaning staff is permitted access to ensure safety.
• Guests must wear the condominium bracelet at all times to use amenities.
• Food, drinks, coolers, and glass containers are prohibited in the pool area; coolers are allowed on the beach.
• Utilities within the condominium are paid using a consumer card issued at tower reception, which can be reloaded on-site.
• To avoid bringing sand indoors, shake out coolers and footwear before entering.
• Golf carts are available to transport guests between the tower and the private beach. The beach offers awnings, lounge chairs, chairs, and hammocks free of charge.
• Beach massages are available.
• Restaurant and snack bar prices are reasonable; guides for dining and local attractions are included in the listing.
• Security cameras monitor the apartment entrance (outside) and the service room, which remains locked.
• Please report any accidents or damage to furniture or mattresses. Avoid sitting on furniture with wet or dirty clothing.

Fees for Lost or Damaged Items

• Damaged or lost towel: $500 MXN
• Lost consumption card: $500 MXN
• Air conditioning remote control: $1,000 MXN
• Proximity key card: $1,000 MXN
• Safe box key: $200 MXN
• Wireless kitchen device: $1,500 MXN
