Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home, pool, and amenities within the gated community.

Other Things to Note

• Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents are excluded).
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM.
• In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10 PM may result in a fine.
• By booking a reservation, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and adhere to all terms and conditions listed in the agreement.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• No smoking is permitted inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor, or bachelorette parties are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized, and an event fee is paid.

Occupancy

The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in their group and the name of every member.

Important: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Guests are fully responsible for paying any fines, which may be issued without warning, for excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, or disrespectful treatment of security guards. Fines can be up to $3,000.

A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If taking both holidays, a 14-night minimum is required. High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval (additional deposit required).
