Guest access Guests have access to Rancho Santana facilities including their restaurants, clubhouse pools, and all beaches. This home is not part of Rancho Santana’s Rental Program. However, resort fees are included in rental rates, and guests will have access to full offering of Rancho Santana’s resort amenities and services. Register with the concierge and participate in their many programs, including a spa, gym, Kids Club activities, surf lessons, paddle board lessons, horseback riding, fishing, yoga and art therapy in an environment almost as beautiful as our home. The house comes with a house manager originally from Florida, a staff for cleaning the pool and house (daily, if requested at an additional fee otherwise weekly). For a small additional fee, we will make it easy on you, from picking guests up at the airport, helping you shop for groceries, and delivering you to the doorstep of one of the most beautiful and awe inspiring homes on earth. Guest fees are calculated on a sliding scale depending on number of guests. The main house has a master bedroom which is used when the house is booked for 2 guests. The room across the hall is then used for guests up to 4 or 5. Only when the house has 5 or more guests booking the home does the master suite, a separate structure, become available to guests. Or upon special request, the master suite can be secured for additional fees should a couple wish to stay there versus staying in the main house master bedroom.
