Guest Access
The property includes parking space for your vehicle. Just a few steps away is the village of Quebrada de Piedra, a small community with a mini-supermarket offering basic supplies. Nearby is the marina, where you can rent fishing boats for exciting tuna and marlin fishing adventures in the Pacific Ocean. The marina also offers tours to private and idyllic islands.
Passing the Guabalá police station leads to El Nancito, a traditional, colorful, and welcoming town known for the El Chayo Waterfall. Continuing straight, you will reach Playa Las Lajas, the closest beach to the hacienda.

We enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the stunning view, which was the highlight of the property. The location offers a unique atmosphere and a memorable experience, and we loved the pool as another great feature. The villa could use a bit more TLC, but with a few thoughtful touches we would be happy to return with friends and recommend it to others.

We absolutely loved our time at Filipp’s place. The views and sunsets were spectacular, such a beautiful landscape, private and peaceful. We loved the pool and very large veranda. Very well equipped kitchen, great gas BBQ and perfect table for dining and card games. Make sure you bring all your food, water and bug spray for your stay, nearest big supermarket is 1 hour 40 mins away, a small minimart has essentials. Filipp was a great host, replying quickly and helpfully. Would highly recommend.

Amazing view, very comfortable space. I love the upstairs outside covered porch, it’s very spacious. All the bedrooms are big and clean, pool is great. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I am in the area. Their staff was very helpful too. We locked ourselves out one time and someone was there within minutes to help. Thanks so much Filipp!!!

Great spot in an incredible location. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are not into resorts. Nice private villa for a family. Easy to access off of the highway. We loved it. The kids never wanted to leave the pool.

The location and view from this Villa is amazing. It is remote and quiet but has things to do near by. We arrived late in the afternoon and Gabriel (Filipp local contact) was waiting for us. He gave us a tour of the place and answered our questions. The bedrooms are huge and very nice. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and AC unit. The upstairs kitchen / Livingroom area was very nice. But nothing compares to the second floor outside porch area. We sat out there every morning for coffee and breakfast. We enjoy it every evening for dinner and beautiful sunsets. The pool was very nice and very clean. We spent close to 6-7 hrs a day in the pool when we weren't out driving around. We recommend a visit to the Beach at Las Lajas for an amazing 15km sandy beach without a single rock. We even found 3 sand dollars and multiple sea shells. There is a large Mini-Super located 4-5 km up the road when you go through the police check point (on Highway 1).
