• Smart lighting system with easy-to-use scene settings
• Safes installed in each of the three adult bedrooms
• Keypad access for the house and gates (no physical keys required)

The villa comfortably accommodates one or two families or a group of friends, providing a unique, private, and secure environment. It is just minutes from the best surf spot for children in town, as well as several excellent beach clubs and restaurants.

Daily housekeeping is provided to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. For weekly bookings, cleaning service is included twice a week.

Location

Ohana is situated in a private gated community with direct access to Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta, two of Tamarindo’s most stunning beaches. The location offers easy access to family-friendly surf spots and a variety of local dining and beach club options.

The property manager, Maria S., is available throughout your stay to assist with any needs or concerns.

• A fully stocked refrigerator upon arrival (available upon request)
• Optional chef services for lunch and dinner (food costs are not included; please request a quote in advance)

Additional Information

Due to ongoing construction on the neighboring lot, a discounted rate is currently offered: the price has been reduced from $1,250 per day to $900 per day.

Guests can also arrange rentals for golf carts or cars to explore the town and nearby beaches. A chef is available to prepare meals with prior reservation.
