Casa Ola Aloha is a newly built luxury beachside home located in the resort community of Hacienda Pinilla. Just a stone's throw from the beach, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence spans 3,000 square feet and stands out for its meticulous attention to detail.

The home seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces, connecting guests with the surrounding tropical environment. Featuring clean modern lines, custom furniture, and a vibrant palette inspired by tropical colors, the interior is both stylish and inviting. Each room is air-conditioned with individual mini-split units, allowing personalized climate control throughout the house.

Custom furnishings—from the large pivoting wooden front door to the distinctive beds, wooden cabinets, and dining table—enhance the tropical theme. The main living area opens through 30 feet of sliding glass doors to a private oasis centered around a cooling pool. Adjacent to the pool is a luxurious 365-square-foot thatched palm rancho, offering a poolside retreat with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area, lounge, and a hammock perfect for afternoon relaxation.

Casa Ola Aloha is situated within Residencial Las Golondrinas, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Hacienda Pinilla. The property is just a one-minute walk from Bonita Beach. The gated community is home to breathtaking houses along the Pacific Ocean.

A short golf cart ride takes you to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club on the white sands of Playa Avellanas and Playa Mansita near the JW Marriott.

  • Low season (April–October): 18 holes $125, 9 holes $65, Twilight $90, Super Twilight $75
  • Twilight rates apply after 1 pm; Super Twilight after 3 pm.

House Rules

Casa Ola Aloha is designed for families and groups seeking a peaceful, relaxing vacation. It is not suitable for parties or events. The community enforces a strict noise policy from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Guests planning large gatherings or excessive noise should consider other properties. Violations may result in eviction without refund.
