The main living area opens through 30 feet of sliding glass doors to a private oasis centered around a cooling pool. Adjacent to the pool is a luxurious 365-square-foot thatched palm rancho, offering a poolside retreat with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area, lounge, and a hammock perfect for afternoon relaxation.

Casa Ola Aloha is situated within Residencial Las Golondrinas, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Hacienda Pinilla. The property is just a one-minute walk from Bonita Beach. The gated community is home to breathtaking houses along the Pacific Ocean.

Casa Ola Aloha is designed for families and groups seeking a peaceful, relaxing vacation. It is not suitable for parties or events. The community enforces a strict noise policy from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Guests planning large gatherings or excessive noise should consider other properties. Violations may result in eviction without refund.
