The Space

This two-story condo features a newly renovated kitchen completed in July 2024. The ground floor includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, a half bathroom, and a washer/dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and both common pool areas. The unit is self-contained except for a locked storage space. Check-in and check-out can be arranged outside regular hours, though early check-in before 12 PM may incur an additional fee and is subject to availability.

Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 10 PM.

Other Information

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; additional guests are not permitted
• The Guanacaste Province in Costa Rica can experience drought and water shortages, particularly from March to May. This unit is equipped with a water storage tank, which generally prevents issues with low water pressure or temporary shut-offs common in Tamarindo.
• No refunds will be issued for water shortages beyond the host’s control.
