Location
The condo is located within a peaceful complex just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 7 minutes from the town center.
Guest Access
- Self-contained unit with full access except for a locked storage area
- Access to two common areas, each featuring a pool
- Check-in and check-out can be arranged outside regular hours; early check-in before 12 PM may incur an additional fee and is subject to availability
- Guests are requested to keep noise levels down after 10 PM to respect neighbors
Additional Information
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; additional guests are not permitted
- The Guanacaste Province may experience drought and water shortages, particularly from March to May
- The unit is equipped with a water storage tank to minimize disruptions from low water pressure or temporary shut-offs common in Tamarindo
- No refunds will be issued for water shortages beyond the host’s control
