The Space
This comfortable two-bedroom villa is situated in the heart of Santa Teresa Town, nestled uphill within the gated community of Paradise Hills. Surrounded by the peaceful mountain atmosphere, the villa offers a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation in Costa Rica.
Casa La Colina accommodates up to four guests. It features a terrace where you can enjoy stunning ocean views or unwind with a drink by the private swimming pool.
The villa is just a 5-minute walk (approximately 1 km) from the beautiful white sand beach, popular surfing spots, shops, and restaurants.
The villa includes:
- Two bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom)
- Two bathrooms
- Air conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Living room with cable TV
- Terrace with dining table and barbecue grill
- Spacious open areas with sliding glass doors leading to the pool

Location and Transportation
A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the villa from Santa Teresa and to explore the surrounding area. There is a 24-hour guard stationed at Santa Teresa’s entrance for added security.
During the dry season, there is an alternative back entrance behind the mountain accessible by a regular car (not 4WD). This route provides a shorter drive to the villa from Cobano but takes longer to reach the town. Access through this entrance is restricted until 9 pm. Many guests choose to use both entrances for convenience.

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos: impecable, bien cuidada y en excelentes condiciones. Tiene una vista increíble que realmente suma a la experiencia, y está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado, y se nota que el servicio de limpieza ayuda a mantenerla en ese estado. La comunicación fue muy fácil y siempre amable; respondieron rápidamente cada vez que tuvimos una consulta. Una experiencia muy grata en todos los aspectos.

Un lugar demasiado bello, ordenado, limpieza impecable, la parrilla super limpia para el BBQ y de excelente marca, un ambiente acogedor y una vista impresionante..... Recomiendo el lugar para una estancia comoda y una casa equipada para una estancia sumamente placentera.

Amazing home with a great pool and view! Super clean, easy check in and Nahime was friendly and responsive. 4x4 vehicle is needed lol. We’re hoping to be back!

The place is fantastic, clean and good pool to have fun with kids. The views are breathtaking, enjoyed the mornings and evenings views. Having said that, the path/road to get the apartment was challenging for us, not paved and not pleasant to drive on however, it is worth it.

This was my second time at this Airbnb, and the location and views never disappoint. Just make sure you have a 4x4 and you are good to go. Clean space and outdoor living area is phenomenal
