We enjoyed our stay. The unit was much nicer that we expected and well equipped. The porch was perfect to enjoy the sunrise with a coffee and the dock was perfect to catch some sun. There location is very private and quiet, we rarely ran into other guests. There are not many food options near but it is a short walk to the Split and the South side. The bikes where functional but could use some TLC as they are stored outside. Overall if you are looking for a quiet get away this is a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful location. Wonderful view. Beautiful pier. The Northside is very peaceful. The accommodations are very nice. Good beds. Comfortable furniture. A nice stay.

Great place to stay in Caye Caulker. Just be mindful that it’s on the other side of the island with lots of mosquitos and you need to cross the split via ferry every time you want to go to the main area and the ferry stops running after 10.30 pm. The place itself is great, clean and spacious with easy check in.

The house is amazing. Spacious. modern, comfortable and clean. Well equipped. It being on the North side is a bit of a challenge when arriving but since it has its own pier a boat taxi is the best way. Fast and nice. The ferry over the split has a nice owner who will help you get along.

Excellent stay - would come back in a heart beat. The house is more beautiful than the photos. House was clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing. The pool is wonderful, and the grounds are gorgeous. A few caveats - they recommend you do not swim from the dock because of risk of crocodiles. Not that they could control this- but wished I had known. The concierge service made me think I would have quick access to help- it’s much slower and required a few attempts to get help. For a return trip it’s a bit tricky to get back. You will need to arrange a return taxi on your own A few tips- el Ben is next door and has good food and drinks Bliss beach is excellent and worth the ride The mosquitos come out to feed in the evening. The locals say they are athletic! Between 430-630 you want to be prepared. We used captain Amado who picked us up for an excellent snorkel tour. Had a dockside pickup

The place was wonderful, very clean and spacious. The only reason we gave a four star was the pier being under repair while we were there and the bikes needed so care, quite rusty! We would definitely stay there again.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had on an Airbnb in my life. We had a hard time getting there because the concierge service was unresponsive. We manage to get a boat drop us at the private dock but it was unfinished. We had to walk a plank to access the property. Then the next day the ran out of water so we couldn’t shower. We had to go to the south island s to do that. Then when we went out to the town they left the main gate locked and didn’t gave us a key or a way to access the property. We had to climb the walls to get access to it. The property photos show like is close to the split when in reality is not, it’s right in the middle of the north island like 15 minutes walking to the dock to cross to the split. It is suppose that they provide you with bikes but are under lock and no one is there to get you access to them.

This place is absolutely beautiful, the views from the dock and the balcony at night and in the morning was amazing. The place was very clean and had everything to make your stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable and I had no problems sleeping. The pool was vey nice on a hot day. The only thing that might be the slight bummer is going back and forth to the split but I enjoy the seclusion and privacy. Would stay again.

The home was absolutely beautiful! It was very picturesque and very true to the listing. My only comment is that the home is not in a super practical location for getting back-and-forth to the main island of Caye Caulker. We spent a lot of money, crossing the pontoon back-and-forth back-and-forth with bikes and then on a boat WITH bikes…and prior to booking we weren’t really aware of what the location meant. It would’ve been nice to just be able to leave our place without having to pay each time. Other than that, great experience, super comfy bed, super spacious and great pool as well!
