The Space

Casa Mila, short for Milagro, meaning miracle, is a beautiful ocean view home for rent featuring a newly built casita and a saltwater pool. Located in one of the most picturesque areas of Todos Santos, this home is situated on the Tropic of Cancer, making it an ideal spot for watching Gray and Humpback whale migrations, walking on the beach, and enjoying brilliant sunsets. It is just a five-minute walk to the beach and a mile from the Pueblo Mágico.

Inside, you will find the comforts of a home away from home, including:

• A fully outfitted kitchen
• Magnificent sprawling decks and a rooftop with incredible ocean views
• A courtyard fireplace, perfect for barbecues

When it's time to sleep, you can rest easy in our cozy beds. The master bedroom, which offers an ocean view, is furnished with a king bed. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower.

Off the back of the house and courtyard, there is an en suite twin bedroom, where the two beds can be arranged to make one king bed. The newly designed casita, which is included with the house, features:

• A master bed
• A small kitchen
• A bathroom with a shower
• A twin couch that can be arranged for sleeping

An outdoor shower is also located by the pool.

Guest Access

Casa Mila is a gated refuge, and the beach is just a five-minute walk from the house. Please note that we are a five-minute drive on a bumpy dirt road from town, but an SUV or four-wheel drive is not necessary.

Please note that the Mexican IVA tax of 16% will be calculated on the nightly rate, and payment will be collected at payout.

Hurricane Season

Hurricane season runs from August to October. While it is unusual for it to rain in November, heavy storms may cause small puddles to gather by some doors. In such cases, please do not leave any clothes or valuables in these areas.

Casa Mila combines elegance and rustic charm. We cannot offer a hotel experience, and as with any house, problems may arise. We will work to resolve any issues as promptly as possible.

The charming colonial town of Todos Santos boasts stunning natural beauty, including the Sierra La Laguna mountains, cosmic desert cactus groves, and deserted beaches. In town, you can visit art galleries, bars, and enjoy delicious organic farm-to-table restaurants.

Nearby, Los Cerritos and San Pedrito are two popular surf breaks and beach destinations located just ten minutes south of us. When you book, we will provide recommendations for activities and are happy to answer any questions to help you experience the magic of Todos Santos.
