The Space
This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Presidential Suite available from June 30 to July 7, 2025, for $2,395 per week during the 4th of July week.
- Wi-Fi and all-inclusive meal plans are optional at an additional cost.
- The all-inclusive meal plan is approximately $115 per adult per day.
- There is a $4 daily environmental tax.
If there is a female in your group who is 30 years or older with a credit card in her name and who attends a 2-hour timeshare sales presentation (no purchase required), she will receive two certificates at the end of the presentation:
- One for free all-inclusive meals for two people for three days.
- The second certificate allows everyone else staying in the unit to pay $51 per day per person over the age of four.
Guest Access
The entire unit is private. Guests will share the large pool, beach, gym, and common grounds with other guests.
- Free daily maid service is included at no extra charge.
