Holidays are exciting, but please check your dates and select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. Contact a reservation agent if your dates differ from the following to find a way to accommodate you.

Holiday Dates for 2025 & 2026:

• Thanksgiving: November 23 - November 30, 2025/2026
• Easter Week 2026: March 29 - April 4, 2026

Christmas and New Year's: For any reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, we have a 7 to 10-night minimum requirement. Specific periods may be required. Please contact us before making an online booking during this period.

Music Festivals

Please contact us before making an online booking during music festival dates. Restrictions may apply.

Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy because all holiday dates are non-refundable.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

• Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.
• The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary).

There is ongoing construction next door; however, noise-resistant doors, windows, and lush landscaping help ensure privacy and minimize the impact. Rates have been adjusted to reflect this.
