The Space

Casa Pato is a beautifully designed villa, perfect for hosting friends and families traveling together. With approximately 3,700 square feet, this spacious six-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom floor plan provides ample privacy for all guests. The large rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the Arch, while the private pool and hot tub create a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

The villa features a warm and natural feel, with natural leathers and warm tones contributing to a welcoming ambiance. The entry is marked by large, Mexican-style wooden doors.

On the entry level, you will find:

• A queen master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom
• Two additional queen bedrooms, two of which have sliding glass doors providing direct access to the pool and hot tub
• A spacious granite bathroom shared by bedrooms two and three

The upper level features:

• A large living area with a 60-inch Dish TV
• A beautiful dining table with seating for eight
• A granite and stainless kitchen with cowhide upholstered bar stools and additional seating for six
• A bonus room with seating for four, ideal for games and family activities
• A second queen master en-suite with sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor space overlooking the pool

One of the standout features of Casa Pato is "The Crow's Nest," an outdoor circular space with seating for four, offering wonderful views of the Arch. It is an ideal spot for enjoying evening cocktails and Cabo's stunning sunsets.

The villa also includes two additional exterior queen bedrooms with private entries, providing great privacy for guests:

• One en-suite located on the upper middle level next to the Crow's Nest
• Another with a full bath located on the bottom level, which also offers exterior access for poolside lounging

Casa Pato boasts a recently updated outdoor pool and entertaining area, perfect for gatherings. The addition of an outdoor bar enhances the experience, making it a great space for entertaining family and friends.

On the rooftop, guests can enjoy:

• A spacious area furnished with a large circular sofa seating eight
• A small dining table for four
• Magical mornings and serene sunsets

For those who prefer dining in, Casa Pato is equipped with two barbecues—one propane and one charcoal—allowing for various cooking styles. Cabo is known as the "Marlin Capital of the World," making it an excellent location for preparing fresh catches like tuna, dorado, and wahoo.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to Casa Pato. Please note that the lower garage is not available for guest use as it is currently occupied by a boat. There is parking available in front of the villa and in the circular area located just in front of the property.

• Assistance with planning activities, dining recommendations, and reservations

Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. Parking in unauthorized areas is not permitted.

Quiet hours are enforced from:

• 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sunday through Thursday
• 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday

These noise ordinances are regulated, and fines may be issued. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred, and repeated offenses could result in removal from the property. Loud music, yelling, and excessive noise are not permitted out of respect for the neighbors.
