The Space

This incredible five-bedroom villa is located just steps from the entrance of Pedregal Beach in Cabo San Lucas. It is perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat. Professional concierge services and chef services turn a great vacation into an unforgettable experience.

The villa is conveniently situated in Pedregal, a bustling tourist town. While it is not located directly on the sand, it is only a 10-second walk to the beach entrance.

Chef Service

• Chef service is available for two consecutive meals per day.
• Guests can pre-book the days and times with the concierge, and the cost of the chef is included in the price of the villa.
• Groceries are extra, and tips for the chef are appreciated.
• The concierge can assist with grocery shopping for a small service fee.
• Consecutive service options include breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.
• For those wishing to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, arrangements can be made for a minimal fee if reserved in advance and based on availability.

Please note that due to high demand during the holidays, chef service is not available from December 20 to January 3. This service can be booked through the concierge for a la carte service within three days of reserving your holiday.

Bedrooms

Casa Dorado features four bedrooms located on the main level, while the fifth bedroom is downstairs off the garage and has a separate entrance.

• The fifth bedroom includes one queen bed and one twin bed, along with a private bath.
• It is the least desirable bedroom due to its location off the garage but is very quiet for those who wish to sleep in. However, it may not be suitable for young children.

Guest Access

• Beach access is just steps from the villa.
• Concierge service is available for pre-arrival planning and in-destination services.

Other Things to Note

• The maximum occupancy of the villa is 10 guests, suitable for couples or families.
• Please note that maids do not work on Sundays or Mexican holidays.
• Bachelor parties are usually not accepted; however, low-key groups may be considered.
• The Pedregal community values respect for neighbors, so please be honest about your group.
