The Space

This beautiful condominium, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, is just one block from the famous Medano Beach and a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina. The condo can accommodate up to six guests, featuring:

• A king bed in the master bedroom
• A queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom
• A rollaway bed

There are two full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers. The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your cooking needs.

Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms ensure your comfort throughout the condo during warm nights. You can dine inside or barbecue on the spacious patio while enjoying views of the courtyard and pool. Alternatively, you can eat poolside at Marina Sol's 'Tres Amigas Cantina' Restaurant and Bar, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable prices.

For relaxation, you can watch TV on the large flat-screen TV, and there are flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms. To keep you connected, this condo has dedicated fiber optic internet service (60 Mbps) and phone service with free local and international calling.

Location

A two-minute walk will take you to the golden sands of Medano Beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo, featuring wonderful restaurants and various water sports. You can take a water taxi with your family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach.”

Another five-minute walk will bring you to the center of town and the Marina, where Cabo San Lucas offers some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located nearby are two supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all within a two-minute walk.

Community Features

Marina Sol consists of five buildings, with a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers, and palm trees in the middle. It features one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. If you need refreshments, you can visit the swim-up bar or unwind in the large Jacuzzi.

The courtyard also includes a games room with a pool table, table tennis, and two TVs. For those driving, off-road parking is available at Marina Sol.
