The Space
Newly constructed in 2018, Casa Guanacaste (EC-3) is an entire home located a quick 5 to 10 minute walk to the nearly one mile long white sand beach, featuring the world-famous Playa Colorado and Panga Drops surf breaks. Our house is set amongst a private community that includes Casa Maderas restaurant and a large swimming pool just steps from our back porch.
Hacienda Iguana offers a challenging 9-hole golf course, great surf, luxury beachfront accommodation, and multiple activities in one of the most scenic locations in Nicaragua. Our home is situated in an Eco-Casita community within Hacienda Iguana.
