Please note that a mandatory Rancho Santana Resort Fee of $17.25 per guest per night will be charged after booking and paid directly to Rancho Santana.

Flanked by natural Nicaraguan gardens and foliage, guests can take a refreshing dip in the pool after a long day in the sun. The outdoor space includes ample patio seating and a barbecue area.

The second-floor terrace is accessible through patio doors from the living and dining rooms, providing an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee at the al fresco dining space while taking in extraordinary views.

Living Area & Kitchen

The open-concept living space features high ceilings and two patio exits leading to the terrace. The living area includes two comfortable sofas for enjoying satellite TV in the air-conditioned space.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite counter space for meal preparation, along with:

• Microwave
• Toaster oven
• Drip coffee machine
• Blender

Guests can easily prepare quick bites or snacks at the eat-in kitchen bar.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All bathrooms come equipped with towels and standard essentials for your comfort, including shampoo and soap in the full bathrooms.

Master Suite (King Bed)
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and blackout shades for a restful night's sleep. The unique ensuite bathroom includes his and her sinks, an indoor shower, and an open-air shower with a waterfall waterhead.

Queen Suite (Queen Bed)
Steps from the pool area, this guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, a dresser, and lovely floral views towards Playa Santana.

King/Twin Suite (2 Twin Beds/King Bed)
This third bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed, along with views of the pool area.

All bedrooms include air conditioning units and ceiling fans.

Amenities

This outstanding villa is professionally managed and fully cleaned before every stay. For your convenience, it includes everything you'll need for a comfortable visit. The entire villa is air-conditioned and comes with:

• Housekeeping and gardening staff

Housekeeping staff will handle any laundry needs, as they are the only ones with access to the washer and dryer in the house. This service is included with your stay.

• 24/7 gated community security guard
• All bathroom amenities and necessary cleaning supplies

In the event of a power outage, the house has a battery backup system that will automatically start, providing power to lights, fans, and most electrical sockets (note that it will not power the air conditioning units).

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire villa and will enter the house using a lockbox.
